Hello! My name is Ingrid Beckman and I am a North
Carolina native practicing Faux Finishing and Graphic Design
here in the Triangle, among other locations along the east coast.
You might ask yourself,
"Faux finishing AND graphic design? What's the connection?"
The simplest explanation is, I love them both.
I fell in love with decorative painting while living in Florida
back in 2001. I have worked on over 50 projects both residentially
and commercially. I have taken classes in Florida, Illinois,
Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, Arizona and South Carolina. I
have taught classes in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
I continue to take classes around the country to bring you the
most up-to-date finishes.
Before discovering the decorative arts, I practiced graphic
design. I graduated from East Carolina University in 1993 with
a BFA in Graphic Design. I've worked on projects for clients
such as Bank of America, Krispy Kreme, Oenophelia Wine Supplier,
Vasserette and much more. My work includes print design and light
web design.
